Affiliate Program Terms
These terms explain affiliate approval, referral tracking, qualification and manual $100 payouts.

Approval and referral codes
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. LoboTrading creates one referral code only after approval and may pause or revoke it for policy violations, inactivity, fraud risk or program changes.
The referral code identifies the affiliate only. It does not discount the selected $14.99 monthly or $149.99 annual membership or change the customer’s subscription terms.
$100 reward qualification
An approved affiliate may earn $100 for each complete group of 10 qualified new paid members attributed to that affiliate’s code. A conversion must be confirmed through LoboTrading’s Stripe webhook and clear the stated review period before it is payout-eligible.
Self-referrals, duplicate or related accounts, existing members, fraudulent transactions, failed payments, refunds, chargebacks and reversed transactions do not qualify. Partial groups carry forward but do not create a partial payout.
Payouts, taxes and records
Payouts are reviewed and issued manually. LoboTrading may request identity, tax or payment information before paying. Affiliates are responsible for taxes and for keeping their payment details accurate. No earnings or payment timing is guaranteed.
Promotion standards
Affiliates must clearly disclose their material relationship with LoboTrading and comply with advertising, endorsement, platform and anti-spam rules. Affiliates may not promise profits, misrepresent trading risk, impersonate LoboTrading, bid on restricted brand terms or make deceptive claims.
Changes and termination
LoboTrading may modify or end the program prospectively. Valid amounts already approved for payout will be handled under the terms and law applicable at that time. Fraud, abuse or material violations may result in rejection, reversal or termination.
