Refund Policy

Seven-day first-payment refund

You may request a refund of your first LoboTrading VIP monthly or annual payment within seven calendar days after the original charge. Send the request from the email address on the account to the support email below and include the charge date.

This first-payment refund is limited to one refund per person, household and payment method. Accounts terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing or material violation of the Terms are not eligible, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Renewals and cancellations

LoboTrading VIP renews monthly or annually according to the plan selected at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges and normally leaves access active through the end of the paid billing period.

Renewal charges are generally not refundable. We will review duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, and any refund required by applicable law. Cancelling does not automatically refund a charge already processed.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank control posting times; card refunds commonly take approximately 5–10 business days to appear. Currency conversion differences, bank charges or processing delays are outside our control.

Access and preserved data

When a refund is approved, LoboTrading VIP access may end immediately and any TradingView access-removal task will be queued. Your account, course progress and user-created records may remain stored unless you request deletion, subject to the Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.

Contact the support email below before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.
