Information we collect

• Account and profile data, including your name, email address, preferred language and authentication records.
• Onboarding information, including experience level, preferred markets, objectives, device preference and optional TradingView username.
• Learning and workspace data, including course progress, notes, bookmarks, quizzes, preparation plans, watchlists, journal entries, screenshots and support conversations.
• Billing references from Stripe, such as customer, subscription, plan, payment status and invoice identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical and usage data, including device and browser information, IP-derived security signals, page and funnel events, cookies, logs and error diagnostics.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, courses, member tools, bilingual access and customer support.
• Process subscriptions, verify entitlements, prevent fraud and maintain audit records.
• Save progress and user-created content, send transactional notices and improve reliability.
• Measure registration and checkout performance, diagnose errors, secure the service and comply with law.

Service providers and embedded content

We may share the minimum information needed with vendors that operate the service, including Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Stripe for billing; Resend for transactional email; Vercel for hosting; and approved analytics or error-monitoring providers when configured.

YouTube videos are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube or Google may receive device, network and interaction information when the player loads or you interact with it. TradingView is also a separate third party. Their own privacy terms control their processing.

We do not download or re-host embedded YouTube videos. We do not sell brokerage data, and this version of the platform does not connect to brokerage accounts.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential technologies maintain authentication, language, security and saved preferences. Embedded services may set or read their own storage. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should not be enabled in production without any notice and consent required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain financial records and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls, encryption in transit, row-level security and restricted administrative operations, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may update profile information and notification preferences in your account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about sharing, and to appeal or opt out of certain processing. We will verify requests where appropriate and may retain records when the law permits or requires it.

Age, international use and changes

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We may update this policy as the platform or law changes; the version and effective date shown on this page identify the current notice.
