Sponsor and promotion period

The sponsor is the operator identified on this page. The ongoing promotion is divided into monthly drawing periods. Each period begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the last calendar day. The initial July 2026 period begins when these rules are published.

The sponsor may pause or end future drawing periods, but will not materially change a drawing already in progress except when required by law, fraud, technical failure or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to open an account with the selected provider. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors and immediate household members of the sponsor are not eligible.

The selected provider may impose additional country, state, identity, age, trading-experience or compliance restrictions. An entrant who cannot satisfy the provider’s requirements may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected.

How to enter — no purchase necessary

An active Sevenfold Wealth Management member at the end of a monthly drawing period receives one automatic entry for that period. To enter without purchasing, email the support address shown below during the drawing period with the subject “Sevenfold Wealth Management Monthly Giveaway Entry” and include your full legal name, email address, state of residence, and a statement confirming that you are at least 18 and accept these Official Rules.

Limit one entry per person and email address per monthly drawing, regardless of entry method. A purchase does not increase the number of entries or improve the odds of winning. Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or late entries are void.

Random drawing and winner notice

Within ten business days after a drawing period closes, the sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries received for that period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email associated with the entry and must respond within 72 hours, provide requested eligibility information, and complete any required release or tax documentation. If the potential winner does not respond or is ineligible, the sponsor may select an alternate at random.

Prize and important account disclosure

The prize is one prop-firm account, evaluation, challenge or equivalent account package chosen by the sponsor, with an advertised account size of up to $50,000. The “$50,000” figure describes the provider’s stated account size or simulated buying power. It is not $50,000 cash, a cash value, a deposit owned by the winner, guaranteed funding, or guaranteed trading profits.

The actual retail value is the sponsor-paid cost of the selected account package. Provider rules, evaluation criteria, drawdown limits, fees, identity checks, performance requirements and payout conditions apply. The winner is responsible for taxes and costs not expressly included. No substitution or transfer is allowed except that the sponsor may provide an equal-or-greater account package when the advertised package is unavailable.

Conduct, release and platform independence

The sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with entry or selection, uses multiple identities, violates these rules or acts fraudulently. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the sponsor from claims arising from participation or use of the prize, except claims that cannot legally be waived.

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, TradingView, YouTube, any social network, or any prop firm unless a provider is expressly identified for a particular drawing. Nothing in the promotion guarantees trading success. Trading involves substantial risk.

Privacy, records and governing terms

Entry information is used to administer the drawing, verify eligibility, contact a potential winner, prevent abuse and satisfy legal obligations. The Privacy Policy applies. The sponsor will retain a record of eligible entries, the random-selection process and prize fulfillment.
